Amazing service from the front desk, especially Mr. Francesco who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Upgraded to a suite at an affordable price, making me feel incredibly satisfied. Delicious menu at the restaurant. Fast and efficient wifi. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly staff who were helpful and attentive to our needs. Convenient on-site car park. Free breakfast box provided for our early departure. Good location in an upscale residential area. Free on-site parking, a rarity in urban Italy. Fastest internet I found during my trip to Italy. Accommodations for mobility-impaired guests. Numerous amenities such as a bar/lounge area, fitness centre, laundry, flat-screen TV, lift, and conference room. Continental breakfast provided. Kids club and cots available. Babysitting/child services offered. Wheelchair access at the property. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning in public areas. Non-smoking property.

Nice rooms, clean, looks like a new hotel. Good breakfast. Not in the city centre, but that is really not a problem cause the bus goes to mancini all the time.
On our last day we discovered a beetle in our room.

Everything was simply excellent. The hotel was ideal and placed in an Italian-style building. Location: the property was close enough to the Ponte Milvio, the most upscale residential areas in the northern part of Rome and the Olympic Stadium. Had brunch in the Luna - Osteria di Quartiere, located nearby. Liked our rooms with a king size bed. The staff were really helpful and amicable.

In this fabulous hotel, the staff were qualified, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The cuisine was fantastic, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the rooms were stunning. The location was ideal, just at the main entry and exit of the building, near the sporting facilities around the Stadio Olimpico, and on the outskirts of Rome. The breakfast provided was delicious and great value for money.
Nothing for me.

Attentive and professional staff made our stay there pleasent. Room service was very good. We liked the possibility to walk near the hotel on nature - fresh air, very quiet, very nice - very romantic - especially in the evening. A lot of young people in the hotel - very good atmosphere.
The only minus is how to get to the city center. But at the same time it was very nice to return to a quiet place after busy day - we appreciated this.

Nothing is good or at least average...
It is totally a big lie that whatever it write at its internet site and adds. Hotel is very far from city center, very limited transportation alternatives(to get a bus you have to walk 10 min then it takes 1 hour to the city center), very very small rooms, no internet even paid, very very bad breakfast... Do not select this hotel anymore.

The price of the hotel was more than exceptional when taking the location of the hotel into consideration.
The ranking of the hotel (****) was a surprise to me taking into account the fact that the breakfast was slightly below average, buttons at the elevator were missing and the design of the hotel gave the impression of being more a low cost hotel.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of a beautiful residential area, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Although it is a little away from the central area of the city, it is very close to the Olympic Stadium. There are good public transportation links in the form of a nearby bus service, or the option to take a taxi if necessary. The rooms are well-maintained and incredibly clean, with plenty of storage space and a refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and more than adequate, and staff are welcoming and accommodating.
The hotel lacks a little in atmosphere and could be improved in the realm of design.

The room was super comfortable, modern, and clean. It had plenty of storage space and even a small refrigerator. I also appreciated the dental kits available in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by trees and some embassies, giving it a nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was extremely professional and accommodating, even preparing a take-away breakfast for me when I had to check out early.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location was restful.
Location was very far from city centre and all activities planned. Bus travel downtown was 2 busses and minimum 1 hour travel time. Taxi was ver expensive to city centre.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience at the hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and providing valuable information. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was satisfying. We also appreciated the gesture of a breakfast box for our early departure. we would definitely recommend Villa Maria Regina.
